With 100-plus locations in the U.S., the Pizza Factory will open its first Orange County restaurant in Anaheim this summer, offering fresh, hand-tossed pizza, pasta, wings, sandwiches, salads, beer, wine and more.
The new store will be a Pizza Factory Express, a quick service model for takeout and delivery, operated by franchisee Tim Nguyen. “I’ve always had a love for the pizza space and knew I wanted to open my own pizzeria one day,” said Nguyen in an announcement.
“Pizza Factory stood out to me because of its freshly prepared products, community connections and attractive build out options. I instantly saw the brand’s potential for growth and the opportunity owners have to become multi-unit operators, which is something I’m definitely excited about.”
Cheese pizzas come in mini (8 inch, $6.29), small (10 inch, $10.09), medium (12 inch, $11.79), large (14 inch, $15.59), and extra large (16 inch, $18.19). Or build your own by adding toppings. The indecisive can choose from ready to-go versions such as All Meat, Hawaiian or gourmet flavors like Pesto Sundried Tomato and Garlic or Chicken Alfredo.
Nguyen, a veteran of other pizza chains, can’t wait to open his store. “I’m very familiar with the delivery and carry-out operations and see a ton of opportunity with Pizza Factory’s Express model,” he said. “I’m confident it will do well in the Orange County market.”
Find it: 1131 W. Lincoln Ave., #130, Anaheim, pizzafactory.com.
Opens: Coming summer 2022.
