Home prices dip in 42% of OC. How did your ZIP do?

The median home sales price dipped in the past year in 42% of Orange County ZIP codes, according to Attom.

Looking at the 87 ZIP codes with comparable sales in December 2025, prices increased in the past year in 51 and decreased in 36.

The priciest ZIP among those with five or more sales was Newport Coast 92657 with a $5.62 million median. Cheapest? Laguna Woods 92637’s $542,000 median.

Sales were up in 43 ZIPs, down in 43 and one was unchanged. The busiest ZIP was Irvine 92618 with 70 sales.

Overall, the countywide median of $1.16 million was flat over 12 months. Total sales of 1,746 were down 9% for the year.
