A tongue-in-cheek TikTok video shows Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford casually throwing a football more than 300 yards down Main Street U.S.A. after a Super Bowl victory parade at Disneyland —an impossible feat so absurd it barely needs a “fake news” label.
Stafford and his teammates Cooper Kupp and Aaron Donald filmed the spoof TikTok video on Monday, Feb. 14 after a Super Bowl cavalcade at the Anaheim theme park following the Los Angeles Rams 23-20 win over the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL championship game.

The 20-second video posted to the social media site by Disney Parks on Tuesday, Feb. 15 shows the three Rams players standing in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle with Stafford spinning a football in his hand.

“Hey Matthew, see how far you can throw a football,” Kupp says in the video clip.
Stafford leisurely throws the football over the smartphone camera, sending the pigskin soaring past the Dapper Dans barber shop quartet who follow the arc with pointed fingers and harmonized vocals while standing in front of the Disney Clothiers and Chester Drawers shops on Main Street U.S.A.
The ball appears to be losing altitude as it flies past the Main Street Cinema before a Disneyland employee catches the pass in front of the steps of the Disneyland train station near the front of the park.
The approximate distance of Stafford’s throw according to Google Maps: 305 yards.

How improbable is Stafford’s pass that would have spanned three football fields?
Stafford threw for a combined total of 283 yards during Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood — less than his single 305-yard pass at Disneyland. Stafford’s Super Bowl performance was on par with his average passing yards per game throughout the NFL regular season and playoffs.
The longest pass in NFL history is 99 yards — which started at the 1 yard line and led to a touchdown. A dozen NFL quarterbacks – including Tom Brady, Eli Manning and Brett Favre — have accomplished the feat, according to Pro Football Reference. But much of the distance was covered by each individual receiver who ran with the ball after making the catch.
No NFL quarterback has thrown a completed pass 99 yards or more through the air during a game.

Mahomes told the “Pardon My Take” podcast he could throw a football 100 yards if he ever played in Mexico City at Estadio Azteca that sits at an elevation of 7,200 feet above sea level — which would make the ball fly farther.
