The Habit Burger & Grill has added a Sirloin Steak Sandwich to its core menu, according to a news release.
It’s made with garlic herb marinated meat, cooked medium-well, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, barbecue sauce and creamy garlic aioli, served on toasted ciabatta, according to the Irvine-based chain’s website.
The sandwich costs about $11.48, but prices vary by location.
The chain specializes in chargrilled burgers, chicken sandwiches, Tempura Green Beans and shakes. Chef Jason Triail, director of culinary innovation, upgraded its salad menu earlier this year. The chain also recently brought back its “Gotta Habit” combos, which include a half sandwich, side and beverage for $6-$10.
The habit used to serve a Tenderloin Steak Sandwich with a different recipe, but discontinued it in 2023.
