SANTA ANA — Santa Ana police Tuesday asked for the public’s help finding witnesses to a fatal shooting.
The shooting happened about 3:30 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of West Camile Street, near Birch Street, police said. As officers were responding to the scene they were told two victims were headed to a hospital.
Steven Garcia, 20, of Santa Ana, died from gunshot wounds, police said. A 15-year-old who was also shot was expected to survive, police said.
