Coachella 2023: See photos from Day 3 of the festival

The first weekend of the 2023 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is officially over.

The Sunday, April 16 date featured headliner Frank Ocean. The Long Beach native was scheduled to perform in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, his turn was pushed to 2023. He went on nearly and hour later than he was scheduled to and his performance was cut off as he played 20 minutes over the Sunday midnight curfew.

Fans that couldn’t attend the festival were seriously bummed out to learn Sunday afternoon that he wouldn’t participate in Coachella’s YouTube livestream, either.

Other sets included an artsy performance by Björk; a special guest-filled run by rising Latin star Kali Uchis; a fiery set by hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd; a breezy offering from Weyes Blood; and an early-day dance party with Los Angeles-based hip-hop duo Paris Texas.
