Since its debut in 2018, the Disneyland Resort community workforce development initiative has impacted more than 10,000 lives through partnerships focused on empowering youth and emboldening leaders to build the workforce of tomorrow.

In celebration of the season of giving, Disneyland Resort VoluntEARS who have dedicated their time to the community workforce development initiative, building meaningful relationships with local youth through organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire, reflect on how this program provides so much in return to those who give.

“I was inspired to get involved with this program as a way to give back in a unique way and meet a new person who needed some help or guidance in life.
