Noteworthy: He scored five goals in the Lancers’ 11-10 win over Corona del Mar in the CIF Southern Section Division 1 semifinals and scored five in their 11-7 win over Foothill in the division final. Carcarey, a utility player, had missed half of the season because of a broken finger. “Once he came back, his determination was unstoppable,” Orange Lutheran coach Jacob Moore said. “He’s an incredibly smart water polo player.”
