It’s a five-way race for three seats on Brea’s City Council.

With Glenn Parker not in the running, at least one new face will join the dais after Tuesday’s election results are tallied.

Incumbents hoping for a return ticket to the council are Cecilia Hupp and Steve Vargas.

Challenge them are Blair Stewart, a firefighter, Andrew Herrera, a warehouse manager, and Kari Windes, a library media tech.
