The Pacific Airshow soars into Huntington Beach today, Sept. 30 through Sunday, Oct. 2. The U.S. Airforce Thunderbirds will headline the three-day event and though the airshow is free to the public, upgraded seating options are available for purchase.

For an upscale viewing experience, The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton hotel, offers dining packages at three of its onsite restaurants. Prices range from $59 per seat to $2,200 for a private table with Champagne.

At Pacific Terrace, walk-ins are welcome and guests will receive a seat for $59 to view the airshow. Included in the ticket are a cocktail and bites such as chicken tinga nachos with cilantro crema, mini corn dogs, and a short rib quesadilla with pico de gallo.

The hotel’s new beachside venue, The Wave, offers its own first come, first served dining experience. The package includes a Surf & Turf chargrilled burger with tempura-battered shrimp, truffle aioli and arugula served with garlic sea salt fries. The viewing meal also comes with two libation choices (alcoholic or non-alcoholic canned drinks) or coffee, tea, and ice cream bars.

The Wave’s Pacific Airshow viewing package is available today through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Adult tickets are $149 and include complimentary valet parking. Child tickets are $110. At Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge, the restaurant is hosting an exclusive event with coastal inspired appetizers. This venue is the best option at The Waterfront Beach Resort for larger groups. (Reservations must be made in advance.) Pricing ranges from $250-$2,200, based on offering, which ranges from general admission seats to fireside tables and larger lounge tables.

Available today and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the general admission ticket at Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge includes reserved high top seating where attendees can dine on smoked salmon- topped crostini with caper crème fraiche and caviar followed by chicken roulade. The general admission ticket also includes an airshow gift bag.

For larger groups, the lounge offers fire table top viewing packages for parties with four to six diners. Guests will sample the general admission menu along with a welcome cocktail and a shareable charcuterie board with Mineshaft blue cheese, triple cream brie, aged asiago, copa, Genoa salami, Zoe’s pepperoni with garnishes such as fig jam, honeycomb and sea salted nuts. A complimentary bottle of champagne and an Airshow gift bag completes the package. The North Corner premier seating for 10 guests features all the perks of the other viewing packages, plus a private fire table with an aerial view of the airshow.
