Charlie Brown’s story: Charlie Brown was born at a Los Angeles shelter. His mom, Lucy, was just a pup herself. This little guy is small and super sweet. He loves to snuggle and gets along very well with the other dogs in his foster home. His siblings have found homes; now it’s his turn.
