Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will host two free concerts with artists playing the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Country Music Festival.
The casino will host a pre-party for Coachella on Thursday, April 14, before the festival’s first scheduled weekend at the Empire Polo Club in Indio. The concert will feature performances by Girl in Red, the Norwegian performer who is set to take the stage at Coachella and the band Whole Damn Mess.
The pre-party for the Stagecoach festival will be hosted on Thursday, April 28, the day before Stagecoach begins at the Empire Polo Club. A press release from the casino stated country artists will open the event for Ingrid Andress, a performer slated for the Stagecoach festival.
The casino will also be giving out passes to Coachella and Stagecoach at the free concerts. Both of the events will run from 5-7 p.m. at the casino’s outdoor venue The Rock Yard, which reopened with a new stage in March.
