A Mediterranean-style estate in Newport Coast recently set an Orange County record for the biggest sale this year so far, closing off-market for $43.56 million.
Completed in 2024, this 18,336-square-foot mansion boasts six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a flat, three-quarter-acre-plus lot. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering wraparound canyon and ocean views.
Records show Mags Global Capital LLC, a California limited liability company based in Santa Clara County, is the buyer.
The seller is the Delaware limited liability company Proctor 745 Investment LLC, which quietly bought the property for $38 million in May 2024. In July 2024, the LLC returned the property to the market for $60 million.

Redfin shows that the sale closed Jan. 22. While a few real estate agents’ names appear in the listing, they were involved in a previous sale and did not participate in this latest transaction.
