
One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the 241 toll road that involved a wrong-way driver, authorities said.
Officers responded around 1:15 a.m. Saturday, May 10 at the northbound 241 before the Santiago Canyon Road exit, CHP spokesperson Daniella Argueta said. They found a black sedan, a gray sedan and two other vehicles, including one on its side, along the off-ramp, the CHP said.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene; Others were transported to the hospital.
The CHP issued a SigAlert closing all lanes of the 241 to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
