Taylor Swift has arrived at the Grove and you best believe she’s still bejeweled.
Ahead of the release of her Eras Tour concert film, Swift surprised fans at the Los Angeles outdoor mall where her movie premiere was being held.

Swift had taken to social media earlier that day to not only tease her red carpet look, but announce that the film would be releasing a day earlier than announced because of unprecedented demand.

It’s estimated more than 2,000 fans were in attendance. Lucky Los Angeles Swifties received invites back in September because they were among some of the “Mastermind” singer’s top listeners on Spotify.
The AMC The Grove 14 was also dressed up for those who were “going out tonight” and had a red carpet photo op of its own.

After meeting fans on the red carpet, Swift popped into each of the auditoriums at the theater to say hi and give a pre-show speech. “I wanted to just come and say hi to you guys because every single person here has been hand picked to be at the premiere tonight… not to be weird about it but I like to watch what’s going on in your world,” said Swift to a room full of screaming fans. “I am so proud of this tour and this moment because of what you turned it into. It was your passion and your excitement and your sense of humor and your attention to detail that made this tour how I feel about it in my heart. What it will always be in my memory. I’m really really proud of the way it’s been captured for the film and the memories we all made together, so the fact that you guys wanted to be here and celebrate it with me means the world to me.”
