In-N-Out Burger will open a new single-lane drive-thru in Huntington Beach on Thursday, Jan. 26.
It is at 7902 Edinger Ave., near where Beach Boulevard and the 405 Freeway intersect. The site was formerly a Wells Fargo bank building that was demolished to make room for the 3,580-square foot restaurant.

The In-N-Out will have indoor seating for 54 guests, and a covered patio for another 30, according to a news release from the chain. It will employ about 80 people with wages starting at $19 an hour.

Hours will be the same as other locations: 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and and 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

The opening pushes the total number of In-N-Out Restaurants to 387 in seven states.
In-N-Out lists only two other upcoming restaurants in Southern California or Nevada on its “opening soon” web page. They are in Chula Vista and Las Vegas.
But owner and president Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson announced a big eastern expansion into Tennessee on Jan. 10. It expects to begin building an office near Nashville next year and open Nashville restaurants in 2026.
In-N-Out is based in Irvine but has a large presence in Baldwin Park, where it was founded in 1948. It is preparing to open a warehouse in Chino.
