Amtrak is hiring.
The passenger rail service will hold a career expo from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26 at L.A. Union Station as its looks to fill a variety of positions.
The company has openings in on-board services, customer service, mechanical operations, transportation, infrastructure maintenance and construction service, as well as in the Amtrak Police Department, university relations and talent acquisition.
The event will give job seekers the chance to connect with hiring managers and human relations. They will receive important resources, get questions answered and take home some Amtrak swag.
The job fair will be held at the ticket concourse at L.A. Union Station, 800 N. Alameda St., Los Angeles. Walk-ins are welcome but pre-registration is encouraged. You can pre-register at amtrak.lpages.co/CAREER-EXPO-LA/.
