Baked Dessert Bar has two southern California locations in Rancho Cucamonga and Chino Hills. This third outpost at The District at Tustin Legacy is the first Orange County shop for Abby DeClaro, Baked Dessert Bar’s owner and head baker. It joins The District’s other modern-global concepts such as Utopia European Caffe and The Yellow Chilli.

The dessert bar specializes in Filipino-influenced confections that honor DeClaro’s heritage. The honey lemon calamansi cake is a citrusy gateway to southeast Asian flavors. The Turon, inspired by a fried banana dessert, consists of a browned butter banana cake (or cupcake) filled with banana jackfruit compote and topped with jackfruit cream cheese frosting and salted caramel. Other popular offerings include the coconut pandan dessert shakes, cheesecakes, macarons, and pick-you-own variations of the chilled dessert, halo-halo, which means “mix mix” in Tagalog. The shop also serves keto baked goods such as tres leches and samoa cupcakes.
