Goldenvoice’s alt-country music Palomino Festival made its debut at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on Saturday, July 9.

The single-day fest was set to feature performances by Kacey Musgraves, Willie Nelson & Family, Orville Peck, Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit, Old Crow Medicine Show and more.

The event kicked off Saturday with Logan Ledger on the Lefty Stage and Low Cut Connie on the Pancho stage. Performers were greeted by temperatures in the 80s at mid-day in the City of Roses. With the sun high overhead, throngs also cheered such daytime performers as Valerie June. Niki Lane and Langhorne Slim.
