The Maserati of Anaheim Hills showroom and dealership opens officially Tuesday, May 17 in Yorba Linda after a year of construction at 22633 Oakcrest Circle.
The 18,000-square-foot facility spans two floors and will include enough room for eight of the sleek Italian luxury cars, plus offices downstairs and up.
We asked a few questions about the showroom.
How long has the dealership been open? Although the official grand opening of the building is May 17, the dealership began moving into the new facility in late March 2022.
How many Maserati models are on-site for consumers to see, test drive, etc.? All 2022 Maserati models are available for customers to see, including the Ghibli, Quattroporte, Levante, MC20 supercar and the new Grecale SUV.
This location displays roughly 60 new and 40 used vehicles on a typical day.
Who is the owner? Jordan Dejong is both the owner and operator of this Maserati and Alfa Romeo dealership.
How many employees? This dealership has 26 employees.
Does it include a Maserati service department? Yes, this dealer has a robust service department with 19 service bays.
Prices for a new Maserati start around $80,000 and rise to more than $275,000 for the supercar.

Registrar staffing up ahead of June primaries
The Orange County Registrar of Voters is hiring ahead of the June 7th primaries.
The registrar says it needs “many” people to work in the Santa Ana office in addition to field positions in various cities.

The agency also needs 100 customer service representatives to work at area vote centers.
Training is provided and the pay is $20 hourly. Candidates with bilingual skills in Vietnamese are in high demand and will get a “bilingual pay premium.”
Spotlight awards for agencies, people with disabilities
Regional Center of Orange County honored 10 people and organizations at its 25th annual Spotlight Awards on May 2.
RCOC created the awards in 1997 to honor those in Orange County who have helped people with developmental disabilities.

Senior home care franchise opens in Dana Point
Senior Helpers, a provider of in-home senior care, has opened a Dana Point location managed and operated by Thomas Chung.
The franchise serves senior citizens and their families throughout South Orange County. The branch is looking to hire some 75 people in the next year. Senior Helpers’ caregivers help local seniors in their home, managing age-related illnesses and mobility challenges.

Eunice Figueros has been named 2022 Nurse of the Year at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach. She was selected as Nurse of the Year for going above and beyond in her role as a clinical nurse in Hoag Hospital Newport Beach’s main operating room. Figueros is the first in line to assist the surgeon on cases in the OR and is knowledgeable in all specialties.

Orange County Community Foundation raised $2,385,897 from 2,654 donors at its virtual Help Them Home – a collaborative Giving Day. The money will go to 24 local nonprofits working to combat homelessness. Participating nonprofits included American Family Housing, Casa Teresa, Charity On Wheels, City Net, Colette’s Children’s Home, The Eli Home, Families Forward, Family Assistance Ministries, Family Promise of Orange County, Friendship Shelter, Grandma’s House of Hope, HomeAid Orange County, Homeless Intervention Services of OC, Illumination Foundation, Mercy House Living Centers, Our Father’s Table, Pathways of Hope, Robyne’s Nest, Serving People in Need, South County Outreach, StandUp for Kids, Orange County, The Salvation Army Orange County, Thomas House Family Shelter, and WISEPlace.
Orange-based MaxLove Project, a nonprofit organization that provides services to children facing cancer and pediatric diseases, raised $26,000 at its Inaugural Farm Walk event at Tanaka Farms in Irvine.
Orangewood Foundation raised $337,059 at The Orangewood Challenge at Newport Dunes held March 26. The money will go toward the organization’s educational service programs. Each participant in the challenge donated $2,000 as an entry fee and set personal goals to raise $8,000 from their family, friends and colleagues.
Girls Inc. of Orange County raised $518,000 at its annual Girls Rock The World on April 30. The money will go toward providing year-round holistic, compensatory, and intentional programming focusing on STEM, financial literacy, sound body image, healthy relationships and college and career readiness for girls ages 5 to 18 years old.
