Junior Brianna Bozych and sophomore Kylie Loertscher each belted two-run home runs and Loertscher fired a four-hitter in the circle to lead El Toro’s softball team past host Flintridge Sacred Heart 6-0 in the CIF-SS Division 5 semifinals on Saturday.
Loertscher struck out five in seven innings and went 2 for 4 at the plate.
Junior Carlianna Guerrero went 3 for 3 to help pace an 11-hit attack for El Toro (20-9).
Fellow juniors Olivia Fullerton and Camryn Smith added one RBI apiece.

The second-seeded Chargers advanced to their first section final since 1990 and third in school history.
They will play Cajon, a 4-1 winner against top-seeded Fountain Valley in the other semifinal, in the finals next week.
