The $150 million Disney Aspire program that has allowed thousands of Disneyland employees to get a free college education while taking courses online has always lacked one key thing: In-person classes.
Now, Disneyland has partnered with California State University Fullerton and Fullerton College to offer free in-person education to Disneyland hourly employees through Disney’s Aspire program.

The Disney Aspire program covers 100 percent of tuition, fees and books at network schools for full-time and part-time hourly Disneyland cast members, Disney-speak for employees.
Disneyland employees have been asking for in-class education with face-to-face interaction with professors and classmates in an on-campus setting. Now they will be able to take in-person classes at Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College.
Disney Aspire covers the cost of 200 college degrees at the associate, bachelor’s and master’s levels and 80 certificates in learning and trade programs.
Since the program began in 2018, thousands of Disney cast members have enrolled in Aspire network schools that include online programs at the University of Arizona, University of Florida and University of Central Florida. Disneyland currently has 4,000 employees enrolled in the Aspire program.
