Plastic surgeon Paul Nassif, co-star of the long-running reality-TV series “Botched,” has picked up a French provincial-style mansion in Dana Point for $14 million.
That’s nearly 3% down from the latest $14.395 million ask.
The house has been on and off the market since 2019, with a high ask of $15.25 million in June 2021.
According to co-listing agent Tim Smith of Coldwell Banker Realty, “this prime ocean view sanctuary” built by RDM General Contractors in 2012 is “one of the largest homesites in the community.”
Sited on an elevated one-third-acre lot in guard-gated The Strand at Headlands, this oceanview home spans 9,005 square feet across three levels with six bedrooms,10 bathrooms and entertainment spaces. It has 107 feet of ocean frontage.
A gated courtyard entry leads to the foyer with a spiral staircase. Beyond it are the formal dining and living room, where pocket doors open to a zero-edge pool and spa and ocean views.
The eat-in gourmet kitchen opens to the breakfast and family rooms.
Take the stairs or ride the elevator to the top-level primary suite with its spa-like bathroom, walk-in closet and sitting room.
Elsewhere, there’s a home theater, game room, and rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen.
Smith and Jeff Golden, also of Coldwell Banker Realty, shared the listing. Karen Conley of Re/Max Coastal Homes represented Nassif.
Nassif practices facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in Beverly Hills. In addition to co-hosting “Botched” with fellow plastic surgeon Terry J. Dubrow, Nassif has appeared on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and lent his expertise on countless talk shows.
