Henry’s story: Henry came from a crowded animal shelter to the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center, which stepped up and brought some of the dogs to its facility. Henry is small for a boxer mix, but he has all of a boxer’s traits. He’s goofy, wiggly and jumpy, fun and playful, and loves everyone he meets. However, he can be somewhat mouthy at times and needs some training to learn to be polite. He shared a kennel with another dog at the other shelter, but he seems to have too much energy for many of the dogs at the Mission Viejo facility.
Adoption fee: Dedicated Animal Welfare Group, the center’s volunteer group, will sponsor Henry’s adoption to an approved home, so his adoption fee is just $20.
Adoption procedure: Application and screening of potential adopters is required to ensure they are the right fit for Henry. Visit Henry at the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center, 28095 Hillcrest, Mission Viejo; call 949-470-3045; or email [email protected].
