Disneyland visitors no longer need to bring a mask to the Anaheim theme park now that face coverings are no longer mandatory on public transportation — ending one of the last vestiges of the park’s mask policy instituted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Disneyland no longer requires masks on shuttle buses running to and from the Toy Story parking lot.

Face masks are now optional at Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney and on all enclosed buses and shuttles, according to the Disneyland website.
“It is strongly recommended that guests wear face coverings when indoors and in enclosed transportation,” according to the Disneyland website.
Disneyland dropped most mask requirements — except for enclosed transportation — in February. Disneyland provided masks to shuttle bus riders at the Toy Story lot who forgot to bring their own.
Local transit authorities nationwide have been dropping mask requirements for passengers after a U.S. district judge struck down a federal public transportation mask mandate last week. The Toy Story lot shuttle buses are operated by Anaheim Resort Transportation. The United States Centers for Disease Control enacted the public transit mask mandate in February 2021.

Disneyland still requires masks in first aid — but that requirement won’t impact very many visitors. Disneyland tends to offer complimentary masks to visitors in the rare instances where they are still required.
