The Blue Box Café concept is out at Tiffany’s. Enter Paris-based Champagne and caviar brand Petrossian.
The boutique quietly soft opened on March 25 in South Coast Plaza and Tiffany & Co. isn’t making a big splashy announcement just yet but a few details were provided to media who noticed and have inquired.
Petrossian at Tiffany, a partnership between the two companies, will sit at the shopping center for two years within a portion of the store’s 12,000-square foot retail space.
The entire menu will be exclusive to Tiffany. Caviar selections include transmontanus, shassetra, ossetra and kaluga varieties. Tastings start at $75. The drink menu offers Champagnes and wines, vodka and cocktails such as the signature Tiffany Caviartini ($36) served with a caviar and crème fraîche olive.
Tiffany is located on Level 1, between Jewel and Carousel courts.
Find it: 3333 Bristol St., Costa Mesa, petrossianrestaurants.com.
Open: 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday; closed Monday-Tuesday.
