1. Villa Park (11-0): Spartans beat Murrieta Mesa 3-1 in the finals to claim their first title at the Dave Kops Tournament of Champions in Bullhead City, Ariz.
2. Pacifica (11-3): Mariners avenged a loss to La Mirada en route to reaching the consolation final in Bullhead City.
3. Los Alamitos (8-3): Griffins took third at Dave Kops tournament, losing to Murrieta Mesa 9-1 in the semifinals.
4. Huntington Beach (5-3): Oilers didn’t travel to Bullhead City but an earlier win against Murrieta Mesa offsets some up-and-down results.
5. La Habra (7-4): Highlanders lost to three out-of-state teams en route to a 2-3 finish in Bullhead City.
6. Mission Viejo (13-3): Diablos’ bats were cooled by Capistrano Valley but showed recovery during a 3-2 run at the Bishop Gorman showcase.
7. Orange Lutheran (6-3): Lancers reached the quarterfinals in Bullhead City but now focus on their Trinity League opener against Rosary on Wednesday.
8. Marina (6-4): Vikings went 2-3 at Dave Kops Tournament of Champions but face another top opponent Wednesday in host Pacifica.
9. Whittier Christian (8-5): Division 1 Heralds and ace Brooklyn Carreon showed their potential by making the semifinals in Bullhead City.
10T. Canyon (8-3): Comanches beat Norco early at the Dave Kops tournament in their run to the quarterfinals.
10T. Esperanza (7-5): Aztecs plays at battle-tested La Habra on Wednesday.
