In 2012, Ice-T released a documentary titled “Something from Nothing: The Art of Rap,” which examined how the genre was created and expanded. The rapper, singer and actor is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the documentary with a tour starting at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa Saturday, March 25..
I got a chance to interview Ice-T, and we talked about the golden age of hip-hop, heavy metal, ‘Law & Order’ and reality TV ahead of his performance.
