A stabbing in Orange left a woman hospitalized Monday, Feb. 14, and prompted a large police response.
A person at a residence on the 3900 block of East Palm Avenue called police to report the stabbing at 4:11 p.m., Orange Police Sgt. Phil McMullin said. First responders found a woman with a serious stab wound who was taken to a hospital.
She was still in treatment Monday evening, McMullin said. Police on social media said she was in critical condition.
Details about the events leading up to the stabbing were not immediately made public.
No arrest was immediately announced in connection with the stabbing and the investigation was continuing.
