The Bengals are slight favorites over the Ravens ahead of their rematch Sunday in Cincinnati, according to Las Vegas sportsbooks.
In a matchup of AFC North leaders, the Bengals (8-6) are favored by 2 ½ points after a 15-10 win Sunday over the Denver Broncos. The Ravens (8-6) have lost three straight games and could again be without quarterback Lamar Jackson, who missed Sunday’s loss to the Green Bay Packers with an ankle injury.
In the teams’ Week 7 meeting, Cincinnati routed the Ravens in Baltimore, 41-17, establishing itself as a contender for the division title. Sunday’s game will be even more pivotal: With a win, the Ravens’ playoff odds would jump from 57% to 84%, according to FiveThirtyEight’s projections, while their AFC North title odds would rise from 40% to 74%. A Bengals win would lift Cincinnati’s playoff odds from 50% to 75% and division title odds from 38% to 64%.
If the betting line holds, the Ravens would enter Sunday’s game as underdogs for the third straight week, though they covered in losses to the Cleveland Browns and Packers. Cincinnati, meanwhile, is just 2-5 against the spread at home this season. The Ravens, double-digit favorites in their previous two trips to Cincinnati, were last road underdogs against the Bengals in 2018, when they lost, 34-23.
The Ravens lead the all-time series with Cincinnati, 27-24. The Bengals’ win in October ended a five-game losing streak. In their previous three meetings, the Ravens had outscored Cincinnati by a combined 114-19.
The over-under for Sunday’s game is 44 ½ points.
